Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to the information you give us through inoxdiecast.com — your contact details, your project description and the drawings you send — and to the small amount of data the site itself collects. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

The site is operated by Inox, the Hong Kong-registered company within SunOn Industrial Group that serves international customers. For anything on this page, write to info@inoxdiecast.com.

At a glance

  • Your drawings are seen only by our engineering department
  • Inquiry details and files are kept for one year, then deleted
  • Analytics runs only if you allow it — no advertising, no data sold
  • Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at info@inoxdiecast.com

What We Collect and Why

When you send a request for quotation, the form collects your work email, company, and project description, and optionally your name and phone number. It also records which page you came from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which pages help buyers. We use this to review your project and reply to you — that is the only reason we ask for it.

Drawings, models and documents you email to us are used to evaluate and quote your part. They are seen only by our engineering department. They are not shared with other customers, not used for anyone else's parts, and not passed to third parties for marketing. If your process requires a non-disclosure agreement before you send files, ask and we will sign one first.

If you allow analytics, the site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used — which pages are read, where visitors click and scroll, and where a page confuses people. If you decline, neither is loaded. We do not run advertising, we do not track you across other sites, and we do not sell personal data.

Who Processes Your Data, and for How Long

A small number of services process data on our behalf. Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our inbox. Hostinger hosts this website and our email, and keeps the standard server logs any website host keeps for security and operation. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process usage data, but only after you allow analytics. Some of these providers are based in the United States, and we operate from Hong Kong and China, so your data may be processed outside your own country.

We keep inquiry details and the files you send for one year, then delete them. If an inquiry turns into an order, how long the program documents are kept is agreed with you as part of that order.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the year is up. Write to info@inoxdiecast.com from the address you used to contact us. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Your analytics choice is stored in your own browser. You can change it at any time with the button below; the cookie banner will appear again so you can choose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who sees my drawings?

Only our engineering department. Drawings are used to evaluate and quote your part and are not shared with other customers or third parties. An NDA can be signed before you send anything.

How long do you keep my information?

One year, then we delete it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time by writing to info@inoxdiecast.com.

Do you use cookies?

Only if you allow analytics. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity then set their own cookies to measure how pages are used. If you decline, they are not loaded. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
